چکیده
Objective: In this study, we aimed to analyze the effects and underlying mechanisms of LPM570065 on behavioral phenotypes in rats with generalized anxiety disorder (GAD).Methods: The chronic unpredictable mild stress (CUMS) were used observe results LPM570065. Total 72 male Sprague Dawley divided into control, vehicle (0.5% CMC-Na), (32 mg/kg) diazepam (3 groups, 12 each group. Anxiety-like behaviors observed by elevated zero maze test novelty-suppressed feeding test. Depressive-like detected forced swimming DNA methylation hippocampi measured reduced representation bisulfite sequencing (RRBS). rats, expressions methyltransferase (DNMT) 1 DNMT3a proteins western blot, density dendritic spines was Golgi staining. Results: Compared control group, weights obviously decreased (p < 0.001) showed anxiety-like depressive-like significantly increased improved RRBS that there 49964 promoters hypermethylation treatment contrasted rats. addition, these enriched signal transduction immune function. Furthermore, DNMT1 decreased, compared rats. Conclusions: ameliorates CUMS its mechanism is possible associated downregulating hippocampus.

Endocannabinoid System and TRPV1 Receptors in the Dorsal Hippocampus of the Rats Modulate Anxiety-like Behaviors
Objective(s) Fatty acid is amide hydrolase which reduce endogenous anandamide. Transient receptor potential vanilloid-1 (TRPV1) channels have been reported to have a role in the modulation of anxiety-like behaviors in rodents. In the present study, the effects of either endocannabinoid system or TRPV1 channels and their possible interaction on anxiety-like behaviors of the rats were explored. ...

Objective(s): Curcumin, a plant alkaloid from Curcuma longa, possess antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. Recently, the antidepressant activities of curcumin were reported. Nevertheless, bioavailability of curcumin limits its therapeutic utility. Nanotechnology is a developing field that potentially enhances bioavailability and the plasma concentration of curcumin. This study investiga...

Objective(s):Chronic stress has been linked to the pathophysiology of mood disorders including anxiety and depression. In this study, we aimed to investigate the effect of troxerutin (TRX), as a flavonol, on stress-induced anxiety and depression.Materials and Methods: 56 animals were randomly divided into seven groups (n=8 per group) as follows: control, saline, TRX 50, TRX 150, TRX 300, Diazep...
متن کاملPS145. Anxiety-like and depressive-like behaviors in rats administered ACTH during early postnatal period
s | 49 Aims: This project aims to assess whether systemic treatment with ketamine may improve the behavioural response in an animal model of a treatment resistant condition. Methods: Male Sprague-Dawley rats received subcutaneous injections of ACTH (100ug/rat/day) or vehicle during 14 days. On the 14th day the animals were exposed to the pre-test session of forced swim (FST) and after 24h they ...
